This flat was exactly what we hoped for, great size, clean and tidy, perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children.
The location is a short walk to the old town and beach and Place Masséna just around the corner with a bus stop and tram stop 100 metres away.
We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Nice.

Nice flat with everything you need for a short stay in Nice. Good location, walking distance to promenade, old town, port and shopping areas. Management company answered questions and arrival/departure information is clear. Key collection is in a different location, only a few minutes walk/car ride from the flat.

Really lovely flat in the heart of the old town, the host is very quick to respond and provides a booklet with all the information you might need. I had a bit of trouble locating the front door, but luckily the host had provided a photo of what to look for, which led me to find it immediately. The arrival process was very easy to do and allows you to arrive whenever you like. The interior is lovely and there is a beautiful view of the old town from the high rise flat. Thank you so much!

Very pleasant, clean and well-equipped studio, close to everything and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. 15 min walk from the station and about 5 min walk from the old town. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend this accommodation.
Great little flat if you want to stay just a little outside the busiest areas. Clean and efficient: everything you need. The balcony is nice for dining. Close to grocery shops and transport and walking distance to old or new towns!
