The project
Launched in the spring of 2014 and constantly evolving, Bnb Groom Services has come to meet a growing need: to enable owners who are too busy or too far away to rent out their flat in Nice or Cannes without having to worry about it.
Unlike certain national or international brands where the “ubérisation” reigns supreme, we have chosen a local company, but above all one with a human and realistic dimension: our team is permanent and salaried. Our town-centre branch, the nerve centre of our business, is accessible to everyone, and we know all the properties we manage personally.
The premises of our concierge service in Nice also enable us to handle many tasks in-house and remain in control of the situation: we have our own stock of linen and an installation of professional machines, we can stock a wide range of essential consumables and our offices are also a reception area for tenants seeking information or wishing to drop off their luggage for a few hours.
