Consequently, they must pay social contributions.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>How are these Social Contributions Calculated?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For a professional furnished landlord, these contributions are calculated based on the taxable net income from the furnished rental activity. However, it is essential to know that the contribution rate varies according to income. It is generally between 35 and 40% of the net profit.
